Steel structures

Types:

Welded steel constructions - these are the most commonly used solutions, especially from an economic point of view, where there aren’t great demands on the size of footings. Utilization is suitable for large spans. Lattice steel constructions - is one of the lightweight roof construction. It is made from steel truss frames that are made of welded steel profiles. The frames are connected with screws to the columns, which are firmly stuck to the ground (anchored). The span of trusses without any support may be large.

Your personal Butler does the main part of your work. When ever you put either corn or grass silage or TMR at the fence cows always tend to push a part away and cannot reach it. That’s now the Butler’s job to bring it back to the feed fence by means of a rotating belt. As an additional trick to bring the cows back to the feed fence it disperses small amounts of blend or minerals on the forage. This reduces also the stress and the pH-value as cows eat more often according to the natural eating behaviour. A simple spring tine adjusts the pressure so that forage is not compacted to heavily. On the return passage the belt changes its sense of rotation. A safety line makes the machine stop if there are obstacles on the way.

MECHANICAL BARRIER ensures dividing of dairy cows in waiting room into groups, which are consequently sparingly pushed in the direction of milking parlor, where is carried out the milking. Having finished milking of given group the barrier is raised up and rides over ingoing dairy cows to beginning of waiting room again, where is dropped down and the cycle is repeated with other group again. Part of the equipment is electric fence placed on the barrier of crowd gate, which is suitable particularly into new operation, where is necessary to learn young dairy cows to walk into milking parlor.

In the case of new buildings is crowd gate installed into structural part of roofing, in the case of reconstructed buildings is installed with auxiliary internal supporting structure. Minimal ceiling is however 3 m.

Type: AG2000

Automatically programmed shoveling process is ensured by a control unit. In the case of obstacles hydraulic shovel automatically stops, preventing injury to the animal, but also its own damage. After removing obstacles and clearing the way, the shovel gets going again. Carefree operation in the winter is provided by heated hydraulic motor.

The required fluid intake in animals is provided by drinking troughs. You may select type for cattles or pigs from wide choice. Troughs are made of stainless steel and the frame structure is made of steel with hot dip galvanized coating. All models are supplied with heating, tilting or with a drain valve.

Modul dojení - AfiMilk, vyhodnocuje a zaznamenává data získaná v dojírně. Data zahrnují údaje o nádoji, elektrické vodivosti mléka (pro včasné odhalení zánětů), době dojení a efektivitě obsluhy. Automatická identifikace navíc umožňuje sledovat pohybovou aktivitu krav, a tím  přesně určit jejich říji.

Modul aktivity – AfiAct, základní systém pro sledování pohybové aktivity. Lze být instalován bez systému AfiMilk. Používá se také při sledování říje u jalovic. Pohybová aktivita je měřena 24 hodin pomocí pedometru upevněného na noze zvířete.  

Modul vážení – AfiWeight, zajišťuje automatické průchozí vážení. Údaje z tenzometrické váhy jsou dlouhodobým odrazem zdravotního stavu zvířete a slouží také jako další aspekt při rozhodování o inseminaci.

Modul třídění – AfiSort, automatický průchozí třídící systém, který selektuje krávy dle zadaného klíče pro účely veterinárních a inseminačních zákroků.

Modul krmení -  AfiFeed, je určen pro řízení automatických krmných boxů. Program vypočítává a přiděluje krmné dávky pro každou dojnici na základě dat o jejím aktuálním stavu.

Modul analýzy mléka - AfiLab - real-time, je měřící zařízení pro měření složek mléka (měření obsahu tuku, proteinu, laktózy a úrovně PSB). Detekuje přítomnost krve v mléce. Umožňuje automatické řízení separace mléka. Instaluje se přímo do dojírny mezi průtokoměr mléka a sběrné potrubí. Měření je kontinuální během celé směny dojení a naměřená data z jednotlivých směn jsou k dispozici pro každou dojnici.

Modul elektronického diáře afi2go s integrovanou čtečkou pedometrů, nástupce diáře AFIPALM se zvýšenou odolností pro práci ve stáji. Navíc obsahuje speciální anténu pro přímou identifikaci zvířete pomocí jeho pedometru sloužícímu k rychlé identifikaci zvířete v AfiFarm databázi.

Centrální Evidence AfiFarm – ACE je programový doplněk k systému AfiFarm pro vedení centrální evidence skotu. Systém je dimenzován i pro vedení agendy u více stájí v rámci podniku a pro vzájemné přesuny mezi těmito stájemi. Systém je cetrifikován Českomoravskou společností chovatelů.

Kontrola užitkovosti – KU, program určený pro evidenci výsledků testů mléka, který umožňuje získávat a zobrazovat výsledky pravidelné kontroly užitkovosti v elektronické formě. Databáze programu KU se pravidelně aktualizuje dle výsledků nových kontrol, přičemž všechny předchozí kontroly jsou v programu zachovány a je možné je kdykoliv zobrazit. Výsledky testu mléka je možné zcela automaticky exportovat do systému AfiFarm. Program také slouží pro pravidelnou autokalibraci zařízení AFILAB.

Inseminační výkaz – IV, program pro zasílání dat reprodukce (inseminace a vyšetření březosti), jejichž evidence je vedena prostřednictvím programu AfiFarm. Aplikace automaticky exportuje příslušná data z AfiFarm databáze za zvolené období a převádí je do formátu vhodného pro automatizované zpracování prováděném na centrálním počítači Plemdat .

Modul dojení - AfiMilk, tento modul vyhodnocuje a zaznamenává data získaná v dojírně. Data zahrnují údaje o nádoji, elektrické vodivosti mléka (pro včasné odhalení zánětů), době dojení a efektivitě obsluhy. Automatická identifikace navíc umožňuje sledovat pohybovou aktivitu krav, a tím  přesně určit jejich říji. AfiMilk výrobky se vyznačují nejmodernějším softwarem a senzory pro získávání potřebných informací v reálném čase. Jsou určeny pro všechny typy dojíren a mohou být instalovány na jakékoli nové i stávající dojírně.

SYSTÉM IDENTIFIKACE zvířat je nepostradatelným nástrojem pro efektivní řízení stáda.

Manuální identifikace:

• Číslo zvířete se zadává ručně pomocí klávesnice na ovládacím panelu průtokoměru.
• Tento systém je vhodný především pro menší (tandemové) dojírny a lze jej kdykoliv rozšířit na automatický systém.

Automatická identifikace:

• Základním prvkem automatické identifikace je pedometr připevněný na noze zvířete, nástroj k dosažení optimální plodnosti stáda a včasnému řešení problémů reprodukce, čímž dochází k významné úspoře času a finančních prostředků.
